We started our tour at the impressive medieval Chapel of St. Nicholas which houses a fine, unaltered Willis organ of 1899/1900. Following lunch we regathered in the Minster church of St. Margaret where the resident organist, Adrian Richards demonstrated the organ before letting us loose on it. Several ranks by the Swiss-born 18th century organ builder, John Snetzler survive in this celebrated organ.
